This is one of my earlier tunes I co-wrote with a good friend of mine, Sean B. Crain. We wanted to write a song with a strange chord progression and this was the result. I remember Sean coming up with the lines of all this happening on a cloudy, cold, dark day. For the recording, I threw everything at it that I knew concerning the engineering process, and mixing it in a way that sounds like it came straight out of the late 60’s. This is another song where my father wrote the bass part and I had the pleasure of playing it for this recording (as well as all the other instruments.) I even did the backing vocals in a strange way, not using the normal triad one would use for harmony. This is how Sean and I envisioned this song and I’m glad that I finally have a final version of it.
