This song was recorded at Audio Recording, Inc. in Seattle by legendary engineer, Kearney Barton (who recorded The Kingsmen “Jolly Green Giant” of “Louie, Louie” fame, The Sonics “Psycho”, The Frantics “Werewolf”, and many others.) It was an 8 track analog studio, recorded onto 1 inch reel tape.
This song features only Wayde Brown (me) on bass and guitar while Christopher Boone provided the piano and keyboard. There's a fuller version with drums added as well as a vocal part. The other two versions recorded at Audio Recording weren't as good in my opinion.
To finish off this particular mix, I had to convert it from a cassette format onto the Audacity program on my computer with a JVC TD-W254 Double Cassette Deck 3 motor Silent Mechanism.

This is the 388th on the list of songs written, even though I didn't write the music part. I wrote the version with lyrics. Christopher Boone wrote the music. As a verbal agreement back in 1989, we agreed to share writing credits equally. So, this song is written by Christopher Boone and Wayde Brown. I met Chris at work when I worked as a security officer at a place called South Transfer Station in Seattle, WA. He was a guard as well, but then went to work for the city as a cashier at the weigh station. He was an excellent piano, keyboard player.
