This song was written soon after I graduated high school and wasn't meant to be a reflection of John Lennon's “Instant Karma” song, which had a similar line as the title to my tune. The lyrics reflected a somewhat positive outlook on life while the music was to reflect sorrow or uncertainty. It's always a bit strange having a sad song, musically, surrounded by “happier” lyrics, but it was fun trying to merge the two.

This is song #312.
