After being married for nearly 8 years, I wrote this song and recorded it on my cell phone so that I couldn’t forget how it went. One year later, just before our 9th anniversary, and for her birthday, I decided to record it at The CELL BLOCK Studio where I recorded and performed all the instruments. Ironically, we divorced 6 years later, though the relationship itself fell apart a year after recording this song.
