This is a song that I detest the most of all of them that I've written. It's a song my father wanted me to write so it could be memorialized when the memory begins to fade of certain events that took place. I've recorded flushing toilets better than I like this tune. Though, during the recording process, I did do a few things that were a bit bizarre. I “pitched corrected” one guitar track a small step sharp while I did the same thing to the bass but made it just a hair flat. I recorded it perfectly in tune, but I wanted the recording to feel a bit off, kind of like how I felt writing this song. Every singer/songwriter has a song they hate, and this is the one for me. Now that I've gotten it out of the way, the fun creative juices should start flowing for me once again. (As a silly side note, during the solo, it was me gargling some Coca-Cola while, at the same time, trying to hum the melody.)
