DON'T LISTEN TO THIS CRAP

from TESTED: INSANE (2024 Remaster) by The Santairs

/

about

I recorded this when I was around 15 years old or so. I did several of these “noisy” recordings when I first started playing guitar. I was actually able to play it “correctly” but I had fun making stupid sounds and recording them. Usually, it would help inspire me when I was in a musical rut of sorts. I came up with the silly title as a joke, to see if anyone would dare listen to this nonsense. Even I can’t sit through this more than once, and I played and recorded it. The lyrics (if you want to call them that) were improvised right on the spot. This was made during my musical phase which I called “experimental tapes” where I did all kinds of insane things like this. I had about a couple dozen tapes with recordings like this that I made through-out my teenage years.
This is song #546.

Recorded at The CELL BLOCK Studio in Auburn, WA.

lyrics

Ah, (Mumbling)
When I Look Into Your Eyes Of Blue, I Don’t Know.
Well You Got Me On The Run. (Mumbling)
The Devil’s My Son. (Mumbling)
Don’t Know What You’re Doing To Me. (Mumbling)
My Brain Is Going Insane. (Mumbling)
Ow, Baby Make Me Feel All Right! (Mumbling)
Well! The Devil’s Always Denied Me My Son, Oh Yea.
And Then I Look Into Your Eyes. (Mumbling)

about

The Santairs Auburn, Washington

I am a musician, singer, and songwriter doing this part-time but have been doing it all my life. I started singing before I could talk at the age of one, and wrote my first real song at 15 years of age. (If you count avant-garde as a song, then the age would be 7.) I currently own my own recording studio; and I write, perform, and record my own music (and other's from time to time.) I am Santairs. ... more
