I recorded this when my parents had a full-sized piano in the house. It was located right next to the washer and dryer, which you can hear in the background. I used a cheap mono tape recorder. This performance is avant-garde by nature. But I can't claim I knew how to play the piano and that I was only making noises to show I can be “artistic.” I just really sucked. (I kind of still do on the piano, but I at least can work my way around one now.) I was about 10 years old and I was just fascinated on how a piano sounded, which was so much different than what I was used to, which was the bass guitar and a little bit of drums. This was all done for fun and nothing remotely serious.
This is recording #249.
