This song is very much opposite me as a musician, singer, songwriter. I noticed that during this time, I was writing a lot of sad and depressing songs, so I decided to shake things up a bit and write kind of a metal tune, screaming like I don't usually scream. Back in 1991, I recorded this onto my two track recorder, playing live on the guitar and lead vocals. In 2017, I decided to clean it up a bit and work on it. Over a quarter century later, I knew I couldn't do the vocals quite like I did it when I was younger, so I decided to use the rough demo and go from there. It's just your basic hard rock tune. The story kind of fits the feeling of the song I think, and again, it's not a genre I usually put myself in.
